About Us

ANGF is an international non-profit organization founded in 1973 that is dedicated to the research, preservation, presentation, and education of La Cultura Mexicana and Latina within the realms of dance, music, and art.

Though our home base is located in Albuquerque, New México, an elected board of regional representatives, the National Board of Directors, governs the organization. Board members are responsible for implementing and operating business on behalf of ANGF within the bylaws and in the best interest of ANGF on a volunteer basis. The Board also serves as an advisory committee to the conference director(s) by visiting, reviewing, and making recommendations concerning the site of the upcoming national conference.

ANGF is an international non-profit organization founded in 1973 that is dedicated to the research, preservation, presentation, and education of La Cultura Mexicana and Latina within the realms of music, art, and especially dance. One of our main projects is the annual ANGF Festival which brings together maestros, foklorico groups and individual dancers from Mexico and the United States in order to share their love for culture and the art of dance.
